Conference/Meeting/Training Room and Creative space. Our goal is to cater to the "Up and Coming" and "Aspiring Professional". Some have a space but no reception or chairs and tables, others have supplies, but no space. Here at DFA we provide you with the best of both!
Whether you are an organization, trainer or facilitator, DFA has a package to fit your needs.
Located in the City of Downey, the amenities included for each rental:
· Front reception area with complimentary refreshments (includes water (hot/cold), tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, stirrers, napkins, and cups), and seating section with a variety of magazine options
· Clean carpeted floors
· Large Window for Natural Light
· Window shades w/ Total Black Capability
· Free WiFi
· Audio system
· Free Parking
· Privacy
Also included in every rental:
· 20 black cushion stackable chairs
· 4 Narrow classroom style tables
· Easle Board
Fee Schedule
_____ $100 per half day: _____ 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM or _____ 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
_____ $225 per full day (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) Custom hours available upon request & availability.
_____ $30 per hour rental (2 hours minimum) Time: ________________ ($15 charge for each add. half hour)
_____ Coffee Maker: no charge (must bring coffee)
